And you believe that?? According to you,

1) 1.2b OS, and 627m float.

2) According to the filing of March 4th:

1) 690m OS

2) 531m Float.

So if EVSV increased/ Diluted 400million additional shares,
the "FLOAT" according to your numbers should equal 931m float, but you state 627m float, which is only an increase of 96m additional float, 531m-627 equals 96m additional float. And yet you state additional 400m were diluted, where is the other 300m at, it is not in the "FLOAT", otherwise it would be 931m "FLOAT". Get the reality that your numbers are not correct, look at the "FILINGS"!
