In my opinion, EVSV has been manipulated down to this point for the benefit of market makers. MM's deal with 100's of stocks every single day. They understand human psychology and stock sentiment very well. They are willing to take a couple tic hit and sell below the bid, knowing that will cause some to panic and sell at same or lower to get out. The chain reaction they cause allows them to get in 3-6 tics below the original target and in the end, the run they were originally planning for scores them an additional 10-20% I'm not selling any of mine below .0025 and I always stagger my sells so as not to kill a perfectly good run.
