Level 2 looks like FSPM Has some shorters betting on filings not hitting,SEC halt or other negatives as I have noticed several sizeable blocks go off under the Bid price by 1 - 2 cents per share. I think the shorts will loose on the bet, filings may hit today after close and very very surely tomorrow after close
