Do Asher et al own $WGAS, or is the screen shot from the little "secret site" correct that says that Asher sold $WGAS to ADR? Which tale is the truth?

And where are the filings that indicate this change of control, which would be considered a material event under SEC regulations?

And why is $WGAS issuing PR's without mentioning any change of control? Wouldn't these be egregious violations of SEC regulations?
