'If' a R/S were to happen for uplist purposes, I think Frank is smart enough to apply the R/S to the A/S (inc preferred) not just O/S. That way everyone moves up evenly with comfort and preservation of the SP integrity and company trust. We still would have to trade at the qualifying PPS for 30 days. Right? Not your normal R/S leading to a mass exodus.

Once Audited FINS hit before June 30th, after the acquisitions that will happen before then, the PPS will rocket. Load now or load latter, just load before the phat lady SING's WNTR aka WDHI.
