Most here may have no experience with SEC suspensions, so believing the CEO, CFO, or anyone involved with the company stating things that can't happen, leaves them with hope.
I've followed 20 or more suspended stocks, and the stinkier they are the, the more convoluted the statements are after a suspension.
I never looked at this stock before, but these predictions of uplisting anytime soon are pure bunk and usually come from the lowest of the low of suspended stocks.
Anyone looking to invest here currently needs to be reminded that there may be many investors looking to get out without a total loss, and will post things that are not true, or even possible.
And your correct, the SEC could care less what lies are told after the fact.

They can lie all they want now. What is the SEC going to do to them? Kick them to the grey market where there is no SEC oversight? Oh wait, they are already there.
