I think of dilution in a different light. It really is nothing more than a form of white crime. Of course there are degrees of crime and there are premeditated crimes and there are crimes of negligence and crimes of stupidity. So one must measure what Solomon is doing to the "owners" (yes we are the owners of the company)wealth. Is it any different than taking our money without our permission and saying look I know what's good for you. Then coming back with some strange explanation that dilution equals appreciation while we watch the value our investment go down daily. So to me Solomon is not stupid, in fact a very shrewd man. So rule out negligent and rule out stupidity which only leaves premeditated the worse form of crime. He is buying his toys at our expense, he hires yes men, he won't listen to others or give up a percent of control (hence the super voting shares). His conference calls are getting to be a song and dance routine, why even have them and his shareholder visits and tours are more to show what he has done rather than what he has done to us.
So I will vote NO for the reelection of all these guys simply because I don't see Solomon changing, he hasn't significantly rewarded us (promises don't feed my family) and the other guys are useless. One man's opinion.
