Charlie.......I wanted to clarify the terms for those who may be new here.

A sales document is also an official/legal document.

Anyway,,,,thanks for the kind words. Your CPA friends are right.....this weekend is a breeze compared to the last 10 days to 2 weeks of hell.

A little bit more to do on that front.....and then back to the fun part for me.....FASC due diligence.
