Getting one's financials audited by a PCAOB registered audit firm is VERY expensive. That is why most OTC PINKS will use an accountant and then get a signed attorney letter so as to meet with OTC PINK rules:

Talking with the wife (an accountant) and she says if they are going to audit with the NEW blah blah formula, it will be about 50 grand. To do it the old fashioned way (which apparently is not in favor anymore) it would be about 20 grand.
Significant outlay of capital, but well worth the investment to move up the NASDAQ food chain -at least get out of the pinks.
