well it can't be the same chart because vper's chart goes from total shit to beautiful to total shit and resets every time it breaks, which is exactly my point...the chart means nothing for vper, just as all penny stocks charts are virtually worthless

for as many beautiful charts as vper has had nothing ever becomes of it...
