At this point, Brian will wait until the fiscal year is closed (6/30) to avoid paying for 10Qs. It makes it easier on the auditors and less costly too. The auditors can then issue 10ks for each of the outstanding years. That being the case, we will not hear from HQ until September 30. All IMHO of course!
