It doesn't IMO. If it does qualify it doesn't come close to the credibility you risk by letting some unknown group of investors represent your company on a major social media forum.

I think they will create an official one when they are ready, or not. It doesn't bother me personally that they haven't yet. They have had a kickass website created for their conference business. That's much more difficult to get done then just setting up a facebook page which any tom, dick, or harry CEO could set up.
