You should definitely state that it's unofficial.

You guys can see his side on this right? He needs an amazing amount of credibility to be able to get the loans or PP funding that will allow the company to act as a financier for MJ companies. Anything that has the possibility to subtract from the companies credibility would not be viewed in a good light from the company.
