Well, it's been fun here the last several months.

Since the DEATH of GrowLife is upon us... more or less... thanks to many here I grew to enjoy chatting with. I'll miss many here. Truly, keep in touch. But I'm done here.

Best of luck to you all. I feel duped and betrayed to say the least, but it is what it is... time to move on. And, I know the risk of investing, especially in the OTC, especially on marijuana stocks.

I'm getting what I can Friday, the 25th. Whatever I get will be my 'profit' here and while less than expected a valuable lesson learned... take profits when you can along the way.

Glad I followed rule #1 and recouped my original investment, leaving myself 'free shares' to ride. That being said, losing $1000's in 'free shares' and not taking it all as profit really sucks. If you play pennies long enough... it happens. I know many had much more here than me, and even worse, may not have taken out their original entry. To those, I'm so sorry for your losses.

Didn't see it happening here, but obviously the company was not the 'squeaky clean fully reporting safe' play that made it so desirable to so many.

Going forward, it's all been said but can't hurt to repeat the info because some keep asking the same questions:

-------------------
What happens now??

The stock will reopen for trading, on the gray market, on the 25th...this is when the 10 business day suspension expires, as per the SEC.

You won't be able to trade the stock online, via Scottrade or TD Ameritrade or whomever you use. You will have to call or go into your broker's office to execute any trade. Maybe some online brokerages allow it but not the ones I use. Call your broker for specifics on how to trade Grays.

Read this article re: how the gray market works and what to do.

As for 'getting off the grays?' Doesn't happen. Here's the data:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/Grey-Sheet-Grey...oard-3459/

"As of September 21, 2012: From January 2010 until today there have been a total of 1116 SEC Suspensions where ALL 1116 stocks were reinstated on the Grey Sheets after the ten day SEC Suspension ended.

Of the 1116 SEC Suspended stocks since January 2010 645 Registrations have been revoked.

The remaining 471 stocks are on the Grey Sheets (or still in the ten day SEC Suspension within the last ten days) and not one has made it off the Grey Sheets back to quotation by any Market Maker.

Of the 471 stocks that are on the Grey Sheets most are awaiting revocation on DEFAULT for failure to file Financials, wherein there were no other allegations that would require subsequent SEC Litigation(s)."

And the SEC will not lift this, apologize, and clear PHOT's good name. We were wrong about this stock and company. I was wrong about the stock and company.

It's DEATH. Whether unintentional fraud, mistake, whatever.... the blow has been struck, and now the body dies.
