As the PPS the day after the conference was sitting at .08 and has quadrupled since than I find this rather reassuring that the market has actually woke up a touch. Very few stocks on the OTC have an analyst so I find nothing disconcerting about what I have posted. Just the opposite as a matter of fact.

$2.40 comes after the company launches and generates revenue off of its ART product(s). Nasrat Hakim Elite's CEO has stated Elite should do this in 2015.
