I'll buy your shares. (We have all permits) - The article wasn't written with factual information. The article was written with Facebook and YouTube information when the "freelance columnist" could have publicly withdrawn deeds and permits through Lakeshore which clearly state full compliance.
Huge red flags in this article. Monica Wolfson should have pulled the permits through Lakeshore not assumed anything. She failed to report the facts therefore jeopardizing the entire article.
