I also know who the financiers are on the three OTHER Essex County MJ facilities... and they happen to know people as well. And they happen to actually live in Essex County.

And, you are missing something. The Mayor doesn't have to be in on anything. Mayors meet with business people all the time that doesn't mean they endorse them. Mayors do photo-ops, shake hands, etc. Mayors try to get businesses that doesn't mean the Mayor endorses the business. A press release from 01/07 has little relevance today... and a statement that the Mayor met with FITX does not mean anything. A law that states A1 zoning can't have people to prune and dry does.

And, strangely enough I haven't seen the Mayor make any positive comments lately on FITX. Have you?
