There have been ongoing Form T trades and misc huge blocks. there are a number of shares coming off restriction - so it shouldn't be a surprise. and Bill Chabaan did admit to selling shares - to pay himself back for loans he made - apparently. Not sure if he sold the whole 1% of the outstanding shares he filed in that Form 144 in February though.
