Can someone explain to me the math on otc and other sites referring to the shares o/s, float, and a/s???

It doesn't add up?

A/S is 500,000,000

O/S is 490mm something

Float is 400+mm something ...

If our O/S is that close to the A/S, I'm guessing we're seeing either a split or issuance/authorization for more shares??

Any opinions?
