You know, maybe Bob should go start EGADS and ask a simple question of say Francios. I would instantly repond that Francois should have been suspended and not terminate for thread disrupt attempting to undermine Bob's authority by not cooling when Bob allowed proper venting and disrupt and it was time for it to end.

Period. See it can work and of course opinions vary. But a Chairman does not have a right to disrupt harmonious of other threads.
