The restriction prohibiting sale of the .25 cent shares lasts six months, at which time, they could be sold at market price.

It sounds like they're ready to salvage Sailfish, and they need $3,750,000 to do it.

Be that as it may, I've got 1100 shares for sale at .75 (not showing on L2)
