This might be for the tablet version with a lower clock or more throttling for the phone.
No I mean sustained speed. Going at speed and then throttling is fine for phones and is what most of them do, but the A7 processors only need do a small amount of throttling on quite a heavy workloads to keep the power down. It is the sort of thing the Bay Trail processors should have going for them too.
Somebody is going to make quite a bit of money if they come up with a really good keyboard substitute that can fit in a pocket. Add a large pull out screen too and then I'll want multiple times this sort of power
