Technically it's not hard to figure. Chart shows that SLV bottomed in July of last year. Since then, we have not moved decisively, but it has made higher lows. Problem is that it has also made lower highs. I believe that the pps is squeezing and a break one way or the other will happen soon. My bet is that it will break to the upside. Fundamentally, the case for metals is as strong as it has ever been, and the pps has technically based and moved up off this base for the last many months. Just my two cents.. GLTA
