I wouldn't take them myself, because the series A preferred shares are all that matter...

Hmmm, good point. I'm sure Ms. Vigil would not have neglected to brief the pot-heads on just exactly how those preferreds work. Both dilutively and the absolute dictatorial control over the board they provide the holder.
