Eric and audit!!!

I had a e mail from Eric and here is a excerpt from the mail
about the audit.

That said, we have made the commitment and have a full-time accountant working exclusively for the 2012 and 2013 projects. Yes, we must provide audits for "the two most recent years." Fortunately, 2013 is a breeze because we have been following all of the internal protocols that Hogan Taylor prescribed for us last summer.

Let me say if Hogan and Taylor informed you last summer, and 2013
is a breeze and clean, just what the hell is this accountatn doing
as how many releases did you have in 2012? Not even being a
accountat I think I could take a financial report showing
what was received and paid out per film and dvd and book,
and figure out who was paid the right percentage and what
they was still owed and what depending on the structure
owed HannoverHouse. I would say in now almost a year since
Hogan and Taylor informed you of what you need, it should
be done not later but already.

My comments on this statement is if you have a qualified person
doing the review of only 2012, just how many dvd's and film's
was released in 2012? One would think a qualified accountant
could take each dvd, and each book or film and retroact who
received what, and who was owed what pretty quickly.
HannoverHouse didn't have that many releases in 2012. I think
Eric should step up and give a guaranteed release date for
a completed audit, as surely the hire should be able to
establish a time frame based on how long it takes to do
one dvd, or one film, or book. You have to realize ITS ALL
RIGHT THERE ON YOUR BOOKS ALREADY WHAT YOU PAID OUT AND RECEIVED.
