Why is ATT hiring a govt connected lawyer to help with the MMPR process when this has already supposedly been done (with 3 outstanding issues) and ATT is waiting for a HC response one way or the other? Seems odd to pay 10K/mth for a year starting 3/16/2014 when this part of the process should be already be done. Am I missing something here?
