Your link shows a billion shorts. O/S is only 850Mish. Where is the squeeze? Any volume should start it with those ratios. What you're seeing, IMO, is new shares entering the street. Dilution doesn't just magically appear - it is sold into the marketplace over time. Those dilutive shares show up as "shorts". Useful tool to figure out the O/S of a gagged company - which QASP is.
