This is how I understand it...
Eaton Scientific did a "spin off" and gave you an equal number of shares in Eco Science...
Easton Scientific went private.. so your shares of Eaton Scientific are private shares that you were supposed to receive physical shares for.
Eco Science Solutions is now the public company and your shares went through a 1:1000 reverse stock split.
So, those who purchased shares of Eaton Scientific are supposed to have shares of Eaton Scientific privately, and you have 1000x LESS the amount of shares in Eco Science.
so my little 25,000 shares of Eaton Scientific became 25,000 shares of a Eaton Scientific as PRIVATE SHARES, and my 25,000 of Eco Science Solutions because 25 shares.
I still do not have my 25,000 shares of the PRIVATE co of Eaton Scientific.
Do I have this right?
