What makes you conclude that the partner will fund property for us? Exclusive access is one thing. Paying/funding what they find is another. They may find it for us but I would not assume they will fund it. Even if they do then we will own them. No free lunch here. We will have to dilute big time to get this show on the road. And this the pps should not rocket until after the funding is in place and the dilution pain understood.
