Hi Gregg, since the name change and also the Ticker change took place, I’d like to resend my Questions again and also like to add a few new Question that popped up during some DD.
What we as Shareholder wonder now is, why wasn’t there any Filing or PR yet going out with the official name and Ticker change yesterday? What we also wonder is, will the Company become a SEC Filer or are you planning already an uplist from the pinks? (I assume the Caveat Emptor Symbol will be gone soon?) Will the Company apply again for the Trademark GeoTraq? Per Internet research it’s listed as abandoned: http://trademarks.justia.com/855/64/geotraq-85564310.html What is the Status of the Patents, will they be granted? Can any of the devices be purchased already? That are the odds of needed financing? (Private placements, dilution etc) What is the current Share Structure in GTRQ ( the last available is from 2011)
I know you are busy right now, and these are a lot of question… sorry Sir. But I really like the Idea here and would highly appreciate any feedback from you at a certain time.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please be advised that I'm restricted from disclosing certain information concerning short term future events however I can answer some of your questions.
The implementation of the name and symbol change throughout the entire global financial market in not yet complete. We expect this process to be completed sometime next week.
All the events that are currently taking place (ie. name change, symbol change, etc.) are necessary to facilitate the filing of disclosure statements with the various administrative agencies.
GeoTraq is a development stage company which may consider accepting equity or debt financing in the future if required.
