I live close to Suzie Q, don't wanna go into great detail but Check. You need a retail lic to sell recreational pot to the public. pmcm Doesn't have a retail lic cause the state has a CAP on the stores that can sell for rec use (Think Seattle will only have 20 to 30 stores something like that, where Suzie Q is located). As one can imagine there where thousands of applications filled to sell weed . With all the apps the state has received, they will be hosting a lottery (April 21st) to see who will be the lucky winners. Even if they don't get the retail lic, they still own a producer lic that they acquired from the chick they bought Suzie Q from (go to sec.gov and read the paperwork that has been submitted with the SEC). With the producer lic they still can grow weed and distribute it to the retail outlets who will be given a lic from the lottery. Didn't Colorado run out of product and all the company's that grew the weed go through the roof? Long pmcm
