If you are going to delete a post then account for it.

I don't know if you've looked at the Board Manager function in the past few days, but it now includes a drop-down menu when deletions are made. I think it's a great idea, as it causes the "deletor" to give a reason and it helps Bob when he culls through the day's deletions.

I've also deleted a post on my OBOX, in which a friend posted my first name. I PMed the person and told him that I'd deleted the post and why, then suggested that he could re-post without the identifying personal information.
