Things have regressed here allot today. All the responses are worst than the ones who you don't agree with the majority. Maybe, just maybe it might be better not to reply....??
Many of the new posters brought up legitimate concerns today. Fact is, we have yet to see one SEC filing proving any thing yet!
The notice of "Intent to File Late" is NOT a guarantee they will. Plus as a OTC stock, they are under NO OBLIGATION to file.
Bad enough we have almost 50 M traded that has NOT been reconciled for shorts. Like I said, next 2 weeks max, they will push us down into the .02's.
Think long term, what will attract new eyes once all the filings and uplisting happens in the next 3-18 months. Please do your DD on uplisting, there is much involved for a company. Plus MLM have to jump through hoops both with the FTC and the SEC. It will take some time!
I am disappointed in the lack of willingness of everyone to work as a team to buy up the rest of the float here.
So; as always I have started my plan "B" with out side peeps in my circle to aid in that victory. So if you see big and different things in the next 2 weeks. Sit back and enjoy the crazy roller coaster ride! :)
