LMORVAN- I have asked you some simple questions in my last post to you and being that it is now 5/14 you should be able to answer them clearly in the 2 remaining posts you have here. I think you are accusing so many of us of misassumptions about LOCH and yet you don't seem to realize you also could be totally wrong in your thoughts. What is wrong with allowing the Bs to at least attempt to follow through with court orders and if they don't then allow the court and others to put the pressure on. You are so convinced the Bs will once again do the wrong thing. why? Telling us that it's because they have done so many wrong things previously doesn't guarantee that they also have reached a point where they realize they have to the right thing for ONCE. I just don't think shareholders would wait 2 years more for them to make the distribution happen. I think they would find their hand forced sooner. Lots of people want this over with once and for all.I dont' think people want LOCH to continue as functining company either. They want LOCH dead and buried once and for all after we get the LOCH shares exchanged for CDEX.
