So lets make this simple, if they had any issues with production John Bordynuik had an opportunity to be honest. He decided to pass. That is lying by omission.
It's quite likely that they didn't have any issues with production - the processors were working as expected, and could have made lots of fuel if that's what they wanted to do. There could be any number of reasons why production numbers are down from Q3, or from last year, including re-directing internal efforts and resources (on purpose) away from production, and towards other things (sales of processors, batch testing of potential buyers' feedstocks, feedrate increases). I think that was covered several times before, and during, the AGM. No omission there.
He said at the AGM: "With Processors 2 & 3 running, we produced 45,000 gallons of fuel very quickly." And then what they stopped? The man is a lying scumbag
Did he state when they produced the 45,000 gallons of fuel? Was it during their record Q3? Again (at the risk of stating the blindingly obvious), it's quite likely that they could have had a number of 45,000 gallon runs using the processors during Q4 if that was their stated business focus for Q4, which as we all know it wasn't. They were likely busy doing things related to processor sales, like testing batches of potential customers' feedstocks., things mentioned several times during the AGM.
