Check the 10Qs for the periods the notes were issued. You will find out they were not mentioned. From the look of the SEC filings, they had to disclose, when the SEC asked them where the money is coming from for some of their projects. A flood of disclosure came at the end of last year. Most of the notes were issued before the end of the year.
