Well I look at this way. Bob is the man and I believe that is his decision. Also I think that Bob should select the people that will chair and directors that operate that thread. That way he could set it up with an unbias board say of 3. He could actually set back in the background and just watch to see how the public view is going.

Also there are always going to be tests to the Chair like those who under sly and clever loopholes posts obviously are there with deliberate purpose and full intent to test the concept, which to me is totally an intentional thread disruption.

This site could be a tool for BOB that actually could be used to put himself in check and the IHUB community can see that he is interested in the feedback but the bottomline is Bob has elected his own check and thus still keep the control of the site as it should be and goes with the territory of his position.

Example in the case of Francios. To me the fact that Bob asked him to back off after allowing him to vent and didn't was to a violation and the vent became thread disruption and then suspension would have been justified but termination ... no, I did not see any reason for that extreme. Nor do I see a reason for any conditions like "I will leave Bob alone and visa versa" which undermine Bob's position. Bob has the right to do his job. Like him or not he is the man.

I am not in favor of termination unless that is the only solution and the last straw.

Sorry for the length but I believe Bob should set that up and use it as his check to power. Kills two birds with one thread. thread disrupt and feedback. Just like the parking is for fighting. Take it to the proper thread.
