Previous shares were all cancelled

That was filed last Summer - it was in one of the filings...I believe last July. Lorne Green, the previous CEO cancelled the outstanding shares and all the treasury stock. Going into the Fall 2013, it appears Lorne Green and his wife were the only shareholders.
