Hi guys. I hope you are all doing well and have moved on from the angst most of us felt about Axis in the past.

I don’t have any real insight or inside info, but someone I correspond with has offered the following wild-a$$ guess. He hopes that the interesting volume and small uptick on axis is an effort by some of the major investors to “clean it up”, maybe get it to a nickel and then up-list/merge it. But remember, YankeMike, this is only a fanciful speculation. I’d bet it has nothing to do with an up-list/merge effort. Most everyone connected to Axis has lived in a chronic hallucinatory haze for at least the past 10 years. Yep, we done drank the kool-aid!

Immigrant “Dreamers” can’t hold a candle to the dreaming that has gone on with this POS stock. Someone ought to write the book, but no one would believe the Axis story could have unfolded the way it did.

Maybe someday we could enjoy a drink with others from the old crowd, and try to out-do one another to recall the wildest BS rumor they've heard.

Laz2, you're on the right track and asking yourself the exact right questions. When to sell and take your profit is one of the most vital and essential decisions an investor makes. The best time to sell stock when it's on the way up, while it's still advancing and looking strong to everyone else. You don't have to think in terms of 100% just take some meaningful % off the table, and then watch and wait, then perhaps sell some more. This way you will avoid or at least lessen your vulnerability to heartbreaking 50%+ corrections that strike like lightening in many market winners especially penny stocks. They will suck your gains away rapidly and unmercifully. You'll never sell at the exact top, so don't kick yourself if your stock goes still higher after you sell. If you don't sell early, you WILL be late. The object is to make and take significant gains and not get excited, optimistic or greedy as a stock's advance continues or gets stronger. Keep in mind the old saying: "Bulls make money, and bears make money, but pig's get slaughtered."

This is a hard lesson for investors, especially penny stock investors to learn. I'd bet you all know people who watched their ever-declining stock, hoping in vain that it would to recover. Some even wait until the stock is decimated and then buy more hoping to average down their cost. That is a fool's game in most cases.

Every investor should have some marks on the wall (or in their mind) that represent points at which you will seriously consider taking some profits off the table. Let's face it, most folks hardly ever buy at the bottom, and even less sell at the top.

I've followed this board (MSGI) for a couple of years. I chuckle at the unbridled enthusiasm and wild estimates that many on the board have expressed. I'm not criticizing, day dreaming if fun. Just don't get carried away. (There's a lot of "group-think" going on.) Have some patience, watch and wait, and when the time is right sell some or all at a tidy profit.

It appears that the conditions are better than at any time in the past couple of years for something to happen.

The question is: will it? I'm not holding my breath. Been here too many times...

The only way IXMD share price will recover is by people buying the stock. Read the past 50 posts---not even a moron would buy this stock. This board has become focused on dissatisfaction and negativity. No change is going to happen because someone complained on this board.

So you’re fed up with the steady diet of crap that you’ve been fed? You’re tired of the dozens of broken promises? You’re disgusted with the lack of accountability, and angry with misleading answers to investor inquiries?

So what recourse do investors have? The answer is not complaining to, or about dean. He’s smart enough to keep himself at “arms length” from any official IXMD position. His intent, in my opinion, is to avoid any fiduciary responsibility for the company.

First, do some due diligence to uncover names, postal addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers of those who have do have fiduciary responsibility to shareholders. Second, look up the contact info for TSX shareholder complaints and concerns. Third, post all the information on the Info Section of this board.

Contact the people who can do something about the issues--IXMD officers and directors. Be professional, tell your story calmly. Ask them to observe the legal responsibilities that officers of publicly traded companies owe their stockholders. If they don’t, we have legal remedies available to us. Lastly, ask IXMD business partners if they know the company’s story from the shareholder’s perspective.

This is no guarantee of change, but it has more promise than angry board postings that, in the long run, may not be in shareholders’ best interests.

Remember when....we got all antsy waiting for Ramadan to end because the public announcement of the concessions was "imminent"...and doing that year after year after year.

Our naivete, in retrospect, is both incredibly sad and infuriating.

Are you saying that he participated in something underhanded or fraudulent? No? I thought not. So being the Vice Chairman of a company that has suffered a business setback must be enough to "stain" his reputation. I don't think so. His reputation has been and remains unblemished. If there's been personal malfeasance or other misconduct, show me where.

I'm glad it didn't trade, too. I think it's pretty obvious that the rabid interest on this board about when this stock will trade is NOT because people are anxious to buy it.

Probably the smartest thing the company could do is to wait until they have something positive to report about financing or the lawsuit before resuming trading.

This stock feeds on news. I am not at all worried long term, but without news there will continue to be downward pressure on the stock until September when the website will be rolled out.

This can be avoided with a carefully orchestrated release of new information between now and them. I know there's a lot happening in the backgroup preparing for September and building the infrastructure of the firm. If sustaining the excitement (read share price) is important, the shareholders need a peek under the circus tent from time to time.
