Shokri Ghanem's Return to the NOC?

Libyan purges are on-going.

One ray of hope...this article appears to make a case of preserving the management. Hopefully Shokri Ghanem may be allowed to return to put the oil industry back on track. I hope so. He was a "friend in court".
