I'm glad it didn't trade, too. I think it's pretty obvious that the rabid interest on this board about when this stock will trade is NOT because people are anxious to buy it.

Probably the smartest thing the company could do is to wait until they have something positive to report about financing or the lawsuit before resuming trading.
