And a beautiful morning it is, Monster! I'm neck deep in a crypto at present but I'll watch this for later ;) Best of luck to you and all.
I've been buying into this for almost a year, nice to see her taking off! This baby will be huge IMO. Happy 3%ter
Hey John, come on back! :)
We're in this deep too. Husband worked for CHK and got spun off with SSE & now works for them. They took away all of our CHK stock and replaced it all with this. We watched our account go from 74K down to 8.5K. Nothing special I can share except this: We've had stock vest twice since the spin off and about a week before vesting, both times, the stock has fallen a lot. Most recent stock vesting date was July 1 and it took a nose-dive before that date.
I know the company is strong and operations continue. We have 733 shrs vested now but I'm holding off selling. I think it's going to recover eventually. I wont share his location or anything, just what I've seen with the stock. The next vesting date is Jan 1.
GLTY
Didn't think we'd go this low again!
In at $4.57. Normally dislike long-term though.
I've begun adding here again, can't resist a fire sale.
I got this rather long presentation from both, Agora Financial and The Daily Reckoning. I have a paid subscription with Agora, so I logged on to get the name. UPWRF. The price started climbing soon after. I'm not in yet, I'm just watching to see what developes after this little run they just had. Several investors from Agora were getting in. I'm holding off to see where the dust settles. Here is a copy/paste of the Agora alert.

Dear Agora Financial Executive Series Reader,
‘Freaking WOW!!!!!,’ stated Byron’s email to me today.
If you know Byron, you know he’s normally a pretty laid back kind of guy. It takes a lot to get him excited. And for good reason...
In his 30+ year career as a geologist, he’s seen just about everything. From deepwater crude platforms drilling in a mile deep of pitch-black water to hyped gold discoveries in remote locations.
And with over 128 aircraft carrier landings during his time flying fighter planes in the Navy, Byron normally has ice water running through his veins.
But not today.
Just from reading the first line of his email, I knew something BIG was up.
‘The big research firms are starting to cover [the ‘oil kitchen’]’ he continued. ‘They’re now saying that they expect [the ‘oil kitchen’] to double in 12 months, but I think it’s going much higher than that!!!!
‘This major research could be the traction we need to see the stock begin to rocket!!!’
What exactly is the ‘oil kitchen’ Byron’s talking about? And how can you buy in before the price could rocket?
Well... that’s why I’m writing you today. Byron’s prepared a full presentation on the ‘oil kitchen’ right here.
If Byron’s excitement is any indication, then I urge you to watch this presentation right now — before you do anything else today. It could only be a matter of time before the investing public catches on to this idea.
To your wealth,
Joe Schriefer

P.S.: Around minute 12 of the presentation you’ll see the key piece of evidence that has Byron convinced the ‘oil kitchen’ could at least quadruple in price. Check it out right here.
Thank you Mick, nice meeting you too.
I'm just a newbie though.
But I do love oil :)
I've had a very good year, how about you?
I'm surprised to see you in the 00's :)
I've got a pretty good stake here, been following for awhile. Doing good with the jump in oil.
Congrats on the run here everyone!
Hope she runs back to .05 for you:)
Hello LGL.
This is the same Dr Bailey.
I understand your position and opinion. I'm sure you'll understand my decision to disagree with you.
This is the only "pink" that I'm playing with these days. I'm in BDGR because I know who the CEO is (I have followed Exxon). I'm staying for now, I want to see what he's going to do with it.
Nobody should buy or sell on my opinion. Do your own research and decide for yourselves. GLTA.
This is why I'm confident.
http://www.rigzone.com/news/article.asp?a_id=78406
I think this guy has plans and I don't think they include scamming investors.
IMHO.
I like Bailey.
I like his background and his reputation. It takes a lifetime to build a reputation like his. I've often wondered what would happen to a pinksheet company if a real CEO took charge. Bailey is the former President of Exxon's Middle-East operations. So far, I've made good profits and put my profits back in. I want to see what happens.
I don't think Bailey would waste his time reading boards.
And I don't think he would risk his name in a pinksheet scam.
IMHO.
Everyone should always buy or sell on their own opinion.
Lots of selling today, and .02 is still holding.
GLTA.
CT, I know you're busy, but would you please annotate a chart for BDGR?
TIA.
YW:) Just got done buying in again. Made good profits here so far and it's looking even better now. GLTA
No, before it started rising.
I got into BDGR at .0036
The new CEO is former Exxon.
Cool post on the photo info!
If they were taken in 07, why would that have to constitute a mistake or a deception?
What I mean is, why try to deceive with shots of a very small-time, old rig? Why not put out pics of a nice state-of-the-art rig, surrounded by workers in hardhats?
(I believe that would be deceptive)
I really don't have a problem with it, if they were taken in 07. Maybe they just wanted to share the shots to show us what the operations "do" look like. GLTY.
I agree, all gaps fill. Lots of good developments happening here!
Here you go John. I forwarded him the PR and just asked him to be objective, and explain what he sees in the pics. Here is his response.
----------------------------------------
The first thing I noticed is that the drilling operations are being performed by a small company. Probably a family-owned operation that operates on a cash basis only.
The rig itself is what is referred to as a "Trailer mounted, Super single". Meaning that rather than drilling with stands, 3 joints at a time, they drill with Range 3 drill pipe. The joints of pipe are anywhere from 42 to 45 foot long. There is nothing wrong with that. I am a drilling superintendent for a company that has the same length joints. Our rigs can drill 13000 foot deep though.
Back in the 80's I saw a few companies that had rigs like this, one being Cheyenne Drilling Co. They are still operating today and have expanded their fleet to some pretty awesome rigs.
Now on to the good stuff. From here on the comments made are in the order that the pictures appeared in the PR.
----------------------------------------------------
Img 083- A shot of the Trailer mounted, super single Kelly rig. On the ground, next to the drill pipe is 9 5/8 casing.
Img 084- A different view of the same.
Img085_ Front view, in the fore ground, what appears to be a duplex mud pump, used to pump mud down the hole to carry up the drilled cuttings from below ground level. Also is the mixing hopper, where chemicals are mixed. Also in the view is the trailer that the mast/derrick is lowered onto the headache rack for transportation. The trailer consisting of the doghouse/change house and what appears to be a mud gas separator. Also visible is a BBQ grill which is also something that NO rig is without!
IMG 087- This is what is known as a mud pit. The pipe going into the pit is known as a jet line, which pumps the cuttings out into "the Reserve Pit" so the cuttings don't build up too much in the pit.
IMG-088 This picture looks as if they have just "Spudded" the well. Which means they have just started drilling the well.
IMG-091 This is a picture of the "Suction pit". Certain chemicals are mixed in this pit and pumped down the hole to assist in "Well bore stabilization as well as bringing the cuttings to the surface". A mixing hopper is utilized to "CUT" the dry chemicals and mix it with the mud for mixture. The mud pump suction line pumps the mud down hole and the cuttings are then carried to surface, returning to the pit mentioned in 087.
IMG 092 This is an off drillers side view of the trailer. The 4" valves tell me that this is the "Standpipe". The mud pumped from the suction pit travels up these pipes and is in turn pumped down hole. If different scenarios are encountered, valves can be opened or closed in accordance with what is needed to be done. Also in this view is a good shot of the joints of drill pipe used for drilling. The little platform in the middle is where the derrick man stands while "Pulling back" pipe during a trip; which is what they do to change the bit.
IMG 0131 This image shows pump trucks, they are used when "Fracing the well" This must have been a good well or at least they saw something worth while on the "Logs" to make them want to "Frac" the well. Fracing the well means they are pumping nitrogen down the well and will try to get it to "Flow" either the oil or gas. I believe these are Oil wells so they are doing this to get the Oil flowing to surface. If they hadn't seen something on the logs, they would not have incurred the costs involved for this process.
IMG 0134 This is just another shot of the "Fracing" operation.
IMG 0135 Cudd pumping service's monitoring down hole pressures and the operation that is taking place.
IMG 0150 Another side view of the rig.
IMG 0148 This appears to be daily drilling operations.
IMG 0146 This is a shot of the mud pump. Normal drilling operations.
IMG 0144 Side view of mud pump trailer. In the background is a "Pump Jack" which is pumping oil from a well that has previously been drilled. The area is known to produce 50-100 barrels of oil per day (bpd).
IMG 0145 This is a shot of the trailer that houses the doghouse/change house and also the mud-gas separator; also know as the "Poor Boy Degasser". When gas/oil is encountered, the mud is run through this unit, which separates the gas from the mud via "Baffles". It allows the mud to be re-used without it being "Gas cut" which will reduce the mud weight thus allowing the gas to come into the well bore.
Please note.....the opinions stated above are my own, based on my experience.

GLTA.
I agree. This is even better news than the pinksheets update, or the audit!
Look at that last statement!
"now that the prior management is out and a new era is in place."
Whoa!
Thank you for calling him John, I appreciate the efforts you take to bring information to this board. I'm rather expecting some good developments with Bailey.

We're on the buzz cloud.

BDGR please? Thank you and hope you are well:)
We've only dropped just under the upper bollinger.
We're no longer overbought, we'll probably consolidate for awhile. Anyone have L2?
I tried to buy that this morning, ST has it restricted. Can't buy it at all. GRRR
GLTA.
I have to agree with you on that. I think Bailey is on the verge of pulling this thing out of the gutter. He wont risk his reputation by slumming, he wants to add this to his resume. I'm thinking about adding! GLTA.
I've had this for awhile, my account is looking pretty darned good right now. Thanks for the tip John ;)
Wow, this babys coming to life. Glad I held, been a long time.
Congrats on the mod position! GLTY
I agree with that! I've been doing very well here. Just sold Friday, I kinda regret not waiting but made good profits anyway. Waiting for the pullback now. Good luck to all.
It sure was, I went all in. Gonna watch for the dip now.
Canrig and Epoch to merge.

Picked up another 200 today. Can't pass up these lows!
