I got this rather long presentation from both, Agora Financial and The Daily Reckoning. I have a paid subscription with Agora, so I logged on to get the name. UPWRF. The price started climbing soon after. I'm not in yet, I'm just watching to see what developes after this little run they just had. Several investors from Agora were getting in. I'm holding off to see where the dust settles. Here is a copy/paste of the Agora alert.
