It was so good to see the update on where all 4,226 shares were traded in July on this hotter than hot stock. I was so glad to see which MM's had handled the most volume since without that information I wouldn't have been able to come up with plausible conspiracy theories as to who is holding down this booming public company.

After all there is no way that this company should have failed except for the *blatant* stock manipulation. I mean that would be the only reason except for the fact that they don't seem to sell any product and burned through money like it was going out of style.

Well I knew about the involuntary BK a long time ago and was surprised to see that it had taken so much time for it to finally put the Q at the end of the cusip.

I believe that they have taken the company private and that is how they are operating at the present time. I think that they are getting their stuff made in China if they are selling anything at all. Not real sure about this since I don't keep up with them at all anymore.

I just don't understand the constant trashing of auditors. What purpose does it really serve? Like I said before come up with some specific and concrete evidence that the auditors for Bandera are anything but legit and I am sure that most people reading here would be interested in reading it. Like I said before anytime that management of one of these scam companies has over a billion shares that they are free to issue at anytime is like a poison pill for shareholders. These free issue shares are nothing more than an ATM machine for management. Since this company doesn't actually make any money on product sales no one can really think that management is not going to issue boatloads of discounted shares so that they can still live the high life that so many penny stock CEO's? live off of shareholder losses.

I think that a company would have to go out of their way to find an auditing company that is willing to risk their license to fudge the numbers on an audit. Are there shady auditors out there? Sure there are but I would venture to think that these are few and far between. Not going to find a lot of audit firms that are willing to risk their entire business model by bending the rules.

As far as I can tell the auditors for Bandera are on the up and up and compliant with industry standards. Remember this one thing and that is auditing companies are also subject to audit.

I don't suppose that you have any concrete evidence that these particular auditors are anything but honest. Just your personal beliefs and convictions do not add up to concrete evidence by the way so you are basically just trashing a company that you really know nothing about.

Just because the company that was audited is busted for some scam that doesn't mean that the auditing company had anything to do with that. There are many different areas aside from auditing where companies can show their scam sides. SRGE saying that their CEO and CFO had been murdered is one example of a scam move that has nothing to do with the auditing company.
