Like I said before anytime that management of one of these scam companies has over a billion shares that they are free to issue at anytime is like a poison pill for shareholders. These free issue shares are nothing more than an ATM machine for management. Since this company doesn't actually make any money on product sales no one can really think that management is not going to issue boatloads of discounted shares so that they can still live the high life that so many penny stock CEO's? live off of shareholder losses.
