I think that a company would have to go out of their way to find an auditing company that is willing to risk their license to fudge the numbers on an audit. Are there shady auditors out there? Sure there are but I would venture to think that these are few and far between. Not going to find a lot of audit firms that are willing to risk their entire business model by bending the rules.

As far as I can tell the auditors for Bandera are on the up and up and compliant with industry standards. Remember this one thing and that is auditing companies are also subject to audit.

I don't suppose that you have any concrete evidence that these particular auditors are anything but honest. Just your personal beliefs and convictions do not add up to concrete evidence by the way so you are basically just trashing a company that you really know nothing about.
