I've now gone over 1500 zooms deep (each zoom is a double) with Fractal Extreme!!!!......the ability to make zoom movies is also a pretty cool feature......
PS: at that 1500 zoom scale, 2^1500 which is a 452 digit number, if the size of your computer screen was smaller than a subatomic particle, the full-sized fractal would be mind-numbingly larger than the observable universe, which would be a length difference of "only" about a 40 digit long number!!!!!.....thus a 400 digit number larger than comparing the diameter of the universe to a subatomic particle.....
are you dizzy yet?????
well, what's the delay if they are "fully vetted"????.....that was like 2 months ago.....
also, how could something that is fully vetted need more possible questions, isn't that a contradiction of being vetted????
We are fully vetted and hopefully expect to trade next week unless FINRA has more questions
What are the odds in your opinion of USFF trading again? It appears the Co took care of the needed filings (of course I can't speak for their accuracy or completeness, who knows) but I still see it as a longshot, especially considering their typical shady penny stock history.........
how many revoked Cos have ever come back from the grave???
PS: on the USFF board, claims have been made for many months now that FINRA will be "relisting" them "soon", and also posts with a flavor like the below....(I guess there is no insider info problem when a stock is revoked and not trading!!!)
WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH finra SINCE 6/19, ALMOST 60 DAYS. Their job is to insure investors have valid information to make buying or selling decisions. That's good for us because any buying will be based on legitimate information and we won't see a giant spike followed by a free fall. It will be new investors believing the company will make dough.
and in July
The company received questions from FINRA that it was able to answer the next day....
We are fully vetted and hopefully expect to trade next week unless FINRA has more questions.
(the irony of something that's "fully vetted" possibly needing to answer more questions!!!!)
etc, etc, many posts like this from people who supposedly communicate with the Co......latest excuse what it's slow going in the summer, then the Holiday slowed things down.....
if nothing else, this Co's antics have been more entertaining than a one-handed juggler, or that dude who spins all those plates on poles, running around frantically to keep them from falling!!!!!
that argument sounds like the difference of being defrauded out of thousands of dollars vs tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars.......but over a certain non-trivial amount, fraud is fraud......
Pancoe isn't the one who did the wrong, no matter how it gets spun.......unbelievable......somehow the deceived victim is in the wrong, because they didn't lose enough!!!
I found this interesting information in the I-box on another general board about "insiders":
.....stocks that show unusual activity, possibly indicating a 'leak' about developments, i.e. somebody knows something, and tells their girlfriend, or best friend about it.......
and:
The Insider Scan is how I foung (sic) JBII
a notepad.....
uplisting x2!!!!!!!
The Pitch: "we are making lemons now"......
Going back to my car example what if I chose to not do what I described and to instead take the Bordynuik approach of providing shareholders the most basic information only?
I think this Co goes by dog years.......
It is a good idea while the company is young.
http://www.onlineconversion.com/dogyears.htm
maybe Brent Yonts can vouch for the Co again.......seeing how his comments helped sucker in many Kentucky investors, his services could come in handy......

http://www.lrc.ky.gov/legislator/h015.htm
he says he was posting from his computer, and thought it might have been "messed up", but I have a hard time seeing how.....
no reply about a possible security issue????
if 15 cents is good news, the bar has now been set exceedingly low.....
He did more than that! He picked the right people who made this company what it is today!
as of TODAY, it is still a revoked penny stock.......I don't see how that is something to brag about, but WTFDIK.....
anyone else here get nonsense PMs with a string of questions marks, or random characters?.....I got a few from a friend who says he didn't send them, and also says when he looked into his outbox, he saw a couple more PMs to another person that he never sent, and were gibberish.....
my PMs were:
????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
and
??????????????????
Should be approved within the next 2-3 weeks
seriously?????......is that sarcasm????....been hearing the "2 weeks" mantra for many, many years now regarding this Co......
(also, on many other penny stocks, this is often said)......
I propose yet another JB image "makeover".....Honest John => Juicy John => Trustful John....
wow, almost tripled in just over a week!!!!!.....a new record????

Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds
*depo-gate* part 2 coming soon!!!!!

it seems PTOI was deleted in 2009 along with 51,000 other tickers, so it looks to be outdated info:

May 29, 2009 On Thursday, May 28, 2009, FINRA published a general notice addressing the deletion of approximately 51,000 inactive, suspended or expired OTC Equity securities from the OTC Reporting Facility (“ORF”). Based on member firm and industry feedback relating to the bulk deletion, FINRA is postponing the deletion effective date until Friday, July 31, 2009.
I think it is a mix-up:

nice....
wow, I had to reset all my passwords to 000
I wonder if it looked something like this????
just in case there is some *angst*....
it is well *documented* that my first buy was in the low 4s, and then sold in the 5s for about 20% gain in a fairly short period.........the AGM effect......and don't get me started about the time *signals* were reported when I wanted to close out a daily position later on, when trading in the 0.90s......
yes, I actually made net money and only trading long on the stock....no mirrors used, and nothing up the sleeves, just real-time calls.....not a huge amount, a few grand, but better than holding a loser for year after year.....
all sarcasm aside, ironic, isn't it???
are you saying the Co was forced to do the reverse splits by someone besides the people running the Co?????
It will happen soon. Not sure if this will happen this week or next. But it is happening.
how about option #3????.....now almost half a year later, and already a pre-excuse that another Q will be coming????
seriously.....how could a Co deal with the complexities of building this amazing plant, when the simple things like filing and not being delisted are so difficult????
PS: I think they should again change business plans, this time to the "hemp" sector, 'cause I wonder what they are smoking....
no.....I bought it 5 years ago at 21 cents, and lost half my money!!!!!
today's youth has low goals!!!!
wow, that's being pretty deceitful, putting it mildly....they quote a non-split adjusted price, when they voluntarily did the splits?????
WTF????....they really claimed this???
NewLead argued Ironridge “has artificially driven down theprice of NewLead's Common Shares from $146.50 per share(March 13, 2014) to $0.3899 per share (May 15, 2014)in only two months.
it's in the tradition of John Stanton scams, jump on the latest bandwagons........why change a "winning" game plan for insiders???
lol, maybe there is some hope with the pets!!!!
exactly......buy some around 25, make an easy 10-20% during the winter, when everyone thinks, "ah, natural gas will be in more demand in the cold season"!!!! (duh....)
a Co that reverse splits by a factor of millions, and engages ultra toxic financing is legit????
even if so, it makes for a terrible investment, any way you split it!!!!
PS: and if management was just super "naive", they are also not the type of Co to count on for good decisions....."Toxic Financing, it's all Greek to me!!!"
I guess it beats the ticker JUCY.......
sounds like a recipe for identifying "marks"!!!!
