Hi, Show You Mine, I'm still out there, but it has been a long wait. The technology still holds a lot of promise, but getting it implemented is the real trick. I think that the ongoing PIPE arrangement is working toward that end. I just found something today that seems to indicate that NTT of Japan may be taking a good look at Isonics Technology. http://216.109.117.135/search/cache?p=Isonics+And+Heat&sub=Search&ei=UTF-8&url=VOuqh_uUp...
Show You Mine, you may want to check out this Yahoo Groups Board For Isonics. Some very good clues there. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/isonics/
This Is Why You Need Message Boards!!! I have a story that is directly related to Two Way TV US(TWTV) but no one would ever know unless it was explained. About half way through this article from CED Magazine, it mentions how two games, Picnic Antics and Deal With It improved the viewership of Charters i-channel, but the article never mentions that those two games are from TWTV. So although the CED article makes no mention of TWTV, we can at least assume that TWTV is now hitting pay dirt with its games. I think this is just the begining. This is the article. http://www.cedmagazine.com/ced/2003/0203/id2.htm
ITV News Is Exploding. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/twowaytvusinc/message/166
Looks as if we hit a little air pocket. We should know more by next week. This site seems to be keeping up with the times. http://www.geocities.com/timothy_m540/twowaytvus.html
Two Way TV US (TWTV). Welcome to the board. For those of you that have been following the ITV sector, I'm sure you realize that the entire ITV sector has been having a tough go of it as of late. The biggest problem has been getting companies to agree on standards and now of course Liberate Technologies (LBRT) and Open TV (OPTV) are in a patent dispute. Companies seem to be coming around to setting standards, but their not there 100% as of yet. The patent dispute between OPTV and LBRT is unfortunate and we can only hope that they will resolve the dispute out of court and quickly. What is very nice about Two Way TV US (TWTV) is the fact that they can run on virtualy any platform that anyone is using. They already have relationships with Open TV, Liberate Technologies and Microsoft as well. There is currently some confusion in the ITV sector at the moment, but despite that, there can be no doubt that all TV in the US and Canada will be ITV in time. ITV is a wonderful enhancement for TV and companies such as Two Way TV US (TWTV) that are in the early vanguard of this industry should be halmarks over time. My opnion only of course. Please share your opinions here on Two Way TV US (TWTV) and the evolving ITV industry.
INNN, at last we have an impact date. The INNN shareholders will vote on the proposed merger with and into Two Way TV(US) on March 21 st. Did someone once say, "Beware The Ides Of March" ? I wonder. LOL http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1159041/000091205702004200/a2063552zs-4a.htm

Steve, sorry to here about the grilling that Dwight from dwiane world put you through. We don't usualy share the pain in the dwiane with anyone outside of the innn board. But hey, it was sort of nice to share dwiane with someone out side the neighborhood for a while. LOL. Anyway, please accept this banner ad as a little token of my appreciation for your suffering that pain in the dwiane. I hope it brings many readers to your site. INNN Becoming Two Way TV(US). Steve, this is a bit dated, but it seems to back up the info on the Two Way TV(US) private page I posted earlier today. This information from Two Way TV(US)'s Official Company Web Page gives a good hint at what should occur if the merger proxy is approved. http://twowaytvus.com/technology.html P.S., I'm looking forward to visiting Vancouver again. Thanks again for taking some time out of your busy schedule to give INNN a look. Best Regards, HotShotOne
(INNN) You want to be posted. Great Steve. I appreciate your reply. I know that you and your partner are very busy. I have a feeling though that you will not regret taking a good look at INNN. I noticed that the two of you are both from Canada. I really felt at home when I visited B.C., beautiful country up there. If INNN hits, I think I will spend a few weeks up there this time. As soon as a vote date is set, I will post it here. There are a few INNN comments here that may better clarify things. Regards, HotShotOne http://mywebpage.netscape.com/timthecork/index.html
SSP, I don't expect you to read all of this, I know its just too much, but if you glance at the first few pages, I think you may find that INNN may fit your defination of a shell company. If this is the case, would the date of the INNN shareholder vote be the impact date. So far the SEC has not approved the merger proxy, so no shareholder vote date can be given as of yet. However, if the SEC ever approves this very long Merger Proxy File, would you want to be posted at least if a vote date is given. Sorry that this is so long, but I didn't write it. LOL http://www.coolgoose.com/sites/letsboggie/
Hey Arch!!! What do you make of this? Someone at small cap center.com noticed that INNN just came out with a triple amended filing all in the same day. Looks like someones in a hurry. http://www.smallcapcenter.com/boards.asp?page=message.asp&forumid=96066&symbol=INNN
(WWVD) Thanks for your opinion Arch. Did you notice this? Looks like WWVD has a good connection. http://www.knobias.com/individual/research/news.htm?db_id=332b0490&ticker=WWVD
Did anyone notice this story? Looks as if this is coming fast. Good Luck. http://www.siliconstrategies.com/story/OEG20010713S0046
INNN starting to move, but I can find no news. Who Knows? http://money.iwon.com/jsp/qt/short.jsp?symbol_search_text=innn&symbol_search_select=short
Just noticed this PR. Otherwise I don't know a thing about this stock. At this point I'm just watching it. Any opinions? http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=wwvd.ob&d=t
Happy Thanksgiving. LOL. http://www.bigfatbaby.com/turkeys.htm
TWO WAY TV US TAKES OFF
Opens new Los Angeles office to capitalise on success of all iTV partners
Two Way TV (US), Inc. (formerly named Twin Entertainment, Inc.) is emerging as a world leader in interactive TV games with today's announcement of a new brand identity, and the appointment of a new head of content development to initiate deployment of new iTV applications.
The company has been renamed in anticipation of the merger between Twin Entertainment, Inc. and Interactive Network, Inc. (OTCBB:INNN) and has relocated its North American headquarters to the nation's entertainment capital.
"This is the realization of a team with the strategic expertise, creative skills and real world experience to deliver on the promise of iTV in North America," said Robert J. Regan, president and COO, "our vision is to build a North American iTV powerhouse."
The company will draw upon the proven successes of the U.K.-based Two Way TV Ltd., most recently recognized for delivering the first live, enhanced soccer game with Sky Sports and the strong patent portfolio of Interactive Network, Inc.
Additionally, to strengthen the relationship between the company and the U.K., Mark McKeown will be relocating from London to become vice president of Content for Two Way TV (US) at the company's new Los Angeles headquarters.
"We are extremely pleased to have an iTV innovator with ties to both our joint venture partners and depth of industry contacts," said Regan. "Under Mark's leadership, we are punching up our suite of offerings with proven, compelling content that we believe will become one of the Killer Apps of iTV in the U.S."
"This is the center of the world's largest television market," said McKeown, "and Two Way TV (US) is perfectly placed to exploit the North American iTV market, which is set to explode over the next few years. I will be using my experiences from the U.K. and Europe where we have launched the Two Way TV service to over 8 million homes, to offer compelling and entertaining content here in North America."
During the next 12 months, McKeown will direct the company's aggressive expansion and distribution of its original content offerings across multiple platforms to a potential installed base of millions of digital set-top boxes in the U.S.
He will also leverage business development efforts in the entertainment and technology arenas and build on existing relationships with partners such as Liberate Technologies, Microsoft TV and OpenTV.
McKeown joined Two Way TV Ltd. in 1995 and worked closely with its Technology Group to develop Live Interactive Production Software (L.I.P.S.) and the Content Creation Tool (C.C.T.). These patented tools are key to the process of sending data to an interactive application resident on a set-top box, thus permitting viewers to play along in real-time with television programs.
In addition to building on the success of the Two Way TV games channel, Two Way TV (US), Inc. will be offering production, testing, integration, technology and patent capabilities to fit any project.
Broadcasters and network operators can enhance underlying programs of all genres, from live sports togame shows, to more simple applications like voting, interactive advertising and building virtual channels. Potential partners define their own requirements and Two Way TV (US) provides the solution.

Found a good article about MM's. http://www.dimgroup.com/articles/02.html
Thank You for the invitation Archangel. I don't think that INNN will be a go until they get squared away with the SEC. If the SEC approves of their merger proxy file, I would expect some sort of movement. This is a post I put up on the INNN Board at I Hub a while back. It gives at least some good backround info on INNN. But until we here from the SEC, its a tough call. http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=207802
Thanks for all the comments. I thought it over and decided that perhaps I should comment on some of the post's. So far from what I can see, all of you have given me many things to check out. Great research. Thank You
Thank You for the welcome Joemoney. I found out about INNN from my frantic neighbor Bob a while back. At that time Bob didn't have a computer and he came over to get a quote. I guess he was driving his broker nuts calling for quotes so he satisfied his angst by using my computer. It was quite exciting that day though. I made a note of the ticker symbol and check it from time to time. It seems to have quite a story for a penny stock. There hasn't been much volume in quite a long time. I think a lot of people have just forgot about it. Guess nothing will happen until we get a date for the proxy vote. Other than that, I don't know a lot about the stock. Even my friend knew very little. He just said that his broker recommended innn to him along with a bunch of other stocks. Seems like a nice speculation, but there are still a lot of unknown factors. Keep me posted.
An INNN search on Google turned up a few things. http://www.bloomberg.com/fgcgi.cgi?T=quote/marketsquote99_news_list.ht&ptitle=A&wires=PRN,BU...
This may be a help. I found this recommendation for INNN at MSN. http://moneycentral.msn.com/community/recommend/recindivrec.asp?HandleID=Breakoutpicks&Symbol=IN...
