SSP, I don't expect you to read all of this, I know its just too much, but if you glance at the first few pages, I think you may find that INNN may fit your defination of a shell company. If this is the case, would the date of the INNN shareholder vote be the impact date. So far the SEC has not approved the merger proxy, so no shareholder vote date can be given as of yet. However, if the SEC ever approves this very long Merger Proxy File, would you want to be posted at least if a vote date is given. Sorry that this is so long, but I didn't write it.
