I found it odd that someone would post here in the forum and email folks that he/she had previous disagreements with GSI management and business activities and disclose what some would consider specific proprietary or inside information.
This led me to believe that there was more to the story and that this person was not simply an investor/holder of GSI stock.
After some careful research here is what has been discovered:
The poster has had communications with some folks here via email, in so doing so he has disclosed his connection and identity.
The email account being utilized for said communications (email sent to several members here) is linked to the son of a former GSI associate Allan Rosenthal.
Rosenthal had worked for GSI for a period, then became associated with the Silar Group, one of the funders for GSI.
Rosenthal is no longer associated with GSI or Silar. In fact, it is my understanding that Rosenthal is acting in a independent broker capacity and could be considered a competitor to GSI/Silar.
In the emails, the person represents that he is owed money or stock by GSI for a business transaction, it would seem to me that if this were true he would take the matter up in an appropriate forum such as a court of law.
A public message board forum is simply not the best choice to address such claims indirect or direct.
Slaton informed me this morning that GSI legal counsel has been provided copies of the emails and postings and will review the content and assertions contained therein.
As most of you know, the company and its officers have always been forthcoming (as much as legally permissible) with shareholders and I would not expect that to change.
In the end we all must make our own decisions concerning what stocks we buy and sell, always take time to make careful observations as to motive and reason.
Good luck and health to all.

Moving now on very light volume...
This will do very well in the next few sessions with any volume at all... sellers have sold and moved on...

Consider:
Many of the smaller cap issues have been hit due to downdrafts on larger cap markets and have been subject to margin calls.
The management of GSI have always used their best efforts to increase shareholder value.
They entered a clean NV shell... no share increases due to careful consideration as to expense and dilution... this was to get the issue to finally print. Promise kept.
The company has been self financed by Slaton/Engel themselves. Dedication to shareholders here in the pinks is unmatched.
Slaton promised to keep us updated, and I have no doubt that he will.
Every promise to shareholders has been kept... they have shown us this by actions, not words..
Keep in mind that the company does indeed plan to list up to OTCBB... as many of you know, the company must be very careful and aware that any and all statements by the company will be scrutinitized by the SEC when the application to move is being reviewed. I am certain that definitive statements will be made when legally possible.
The share structure remains the same... you know the business plan, let the company execute it and all shareholders will profit.
Yes, it hurts when the issue trades lower... we cannot control market dynamics... this is a buy and hold.

Being the moderator of a board has many responsibilities.
As some of you know, I have been attending to some pressing family medical issues the past few weeks and have not been able to properly administer this board and others.
Due to this, proper time has not been spent in updating and continuing due diligence. I take my responsibility as mod very seriously and simply don't have the time right now to properly perform and continually administer the board.
I am still here in this issue, the board moderator position is now in capable hands and I look forward to Blue's updates and continuing due diligence.
There have been many low caps selling off due to folks that have high cap margin calls as of late. This is simple market dynamics and should be treated as such.
Chill folks, lets drop the drama and speculation... it is not healthy for the stock or the fine folks invested here.
SHMM Level 2 & Comment
Lots of blood in the streets with higher cap margin calls...
No dilution occurring per TA, add if able.
News/other events overdue...

Thanks for your replies. I still don't understand why the heck yaw'll are buying this but yes perhaps in time I'll understand..
My reply:
As I suggested, when you have some free time go and look at few of the shell boards here on Ihub, view some of the comments and discussions. This will shed light on what folks look for when attempting to discover value. Shells can be very profitable with the right merger partner/share structure, and management.
Your comment:
And no my Corp was not a public company, but as I understand it should not be to much trouble to reactivate and with a few switches here and there, I'd guess I could take it public in 6 months to a year, if i had a mind to do that..
My reply:
You need to do some homework and/or consult with legal counsel. I hope you are not paying for that advice/opinion that you outlined above.
Your comment:
I don't, cause I got better things to do,, ha, and I do not intend to run another corp. it is a pain in the butt doing corp. taxes, for one, but there's more hassle to it too..
However, it is the scenario I am evaluating. Were I a crook and wanted to take it public, it looks too easy..
My reply:
Yes, there are crooks/liars in every part of the business world. Research and knowledge is what we have to work with. That is the challenge, to find value. Fund managers do it every day, albeit most in different forums and trading venues.
Your comment:
One could just earn a rep on these boards and take yaw'll to the cleaners.
Yes we ( not to mean me as in "we" but, we, as in the public on these boards) know already, pinks and bb's are full of crooks..
My reply:
The business world has many crooks, and yes the pinks have more than their fair share. The larger caps are not immune either.. all one can do is evaluate, research and take risk.
Are you from the Show Me state ?

Every shell is a bit of a "mystery" as you have described GWOW. The "mystery" is what firm will reverse merge into the shell and when.
This particular shell is a formerly traded NYSE issue. It is a very attractive shell because of the very low amount of shares outstanding.
It has the lowest share structure and the only NYSE stock that I have come across where the assets were liquidated and subsequently had their BK dismissed. There are a couple of other attractive situations similar to this, but those firms are still in BK and are under the jurisdiction of the court. GWOW has been dismissed from the court effective the end of September.
If you are not aware of shell opportunities I would suggest visiting a few of the shell boards here on Ihub for starters.
Shell hunters look for a few things:
Recent SEC filings, corporation reactivations within the domicile state, and other verifiable information. Corporations are reactivated for a reason, many shell hunters watch for these signs that something of interest is about to occur.
Take CSBR as an example, this was a shell for years and suddenly they found a good match businesswise. This stock we purchased in January way below .10 traded over 2.00 per share just this past week.
Several things have happened that pertain to GWOW that are of significance and occured very recently. Those facts are highlighted in the IBOX.
Your statement that you were the CEO of a MO corporation that could be reactiviated and brought public is interesting. Was your corporation public before it's demise? If so, where did it trade and what is the trading symbol. If the corporation you mention was not public, you are comparing apples with oranges.
If you have a momment, look into how folks research shells and how shells have varied values dependent on share structure and other important details such as former trading venues and the like.
Thank you for your interest.
